Dress Code

At Chelmsford Golf Club we have a strict Dress Code.

Please respect other players by conforming to it.

On the course –

Men:

NO football shirts, vest, tops, T-shirts, beach shorts, combat trousers, jeans, denims or trainers

Yes to  shirts with collars, tailored shorts, white ankle socks, golf shoes

Ladies:

Yes to sleeved and collared tops, shorts and skirts not more than 4 in. above knee, golf shoes.

No vest/sun tops, jogging trousers, beach shorts, jeans, denims, trainers or bare midriffs.

 Main Lounge - We request smart or smart casual wear. We do not allow jeans, denims, shorts, T-shirts, trainers or clothing in which you have just played golf.

 Casual Bar - No jeans, denims, T-shirts or trainers. Please ensure that shirts are tucked in at all times.

Mobile phones  - must be switched off in the clubhouse and on the course.

Smoking - is only permitted in designated areas.
